Description

An authentic animal themed West African mask. This mask is hand carved out of Sese wood and then hand painted by master Ghanaian artisan Theophilus Sackey. It features violet, cream and black hues and an elongated almond shape. The vertical lines on the mask represent neatly combed hair where an elephant is adorned. In addition another violent elephant is featured on the forehead of the mask. This tribal mask measures 18 inches (Height) x 7.75 inches (Length) x 3.1 inches (Diameter).
